NOCPIX THERMAL RIFLESCOPE BOLT H50R LRF 640X512
The Nocpix BOLT H50R thermal riflescope combines a 640×512 pixel thermal sensor (12 µm, NETD ≤ 18 mK, 60 Hz) with a 50 mm F1.0 objective lens and a 1200 m laser rangefinder with ballistic calculator, in an IP67 waterproof aluminium alloy body weighing 960 g. It is the top model of the BOLT series, with a 640×512 sensor at 60 Hz and the Reality+ (R+) image algorithm.
Features
- 640×512 sensor at 12 µm, NETD ≤ 18 mK, 60 Hz: in-house sensor with the Reality+ (R+) algorithm, which uses neural networks to clean up noise while keeping fine detail, plus Ultra Clear mode.
- 50 mm F1.0 objective lens: 3x to 24x magnification, 8.8° × 7.0° field of view (15 × 12 m at 100 m) and detection up to 2600 m according to the manufacturer (1.7 × 0.5 m target).
- 1200 m laser rangefinder with ballistic calculator: single or continuous ranging with the LRF button and an aiming point corrected for the measured distance. The distance can be shared with another Nocpix device over N-LINK.
- Reticles and zeroing: 7 reticle types, 4 rangefinder reticles, adjustable colour and brightness, and 5 zeroing profiles (A to E) for different rifles or loads.
- Comfortable eyepiece: 0.39-inch 1024×768 AMOLED display, 50 mm eye relief, 10 mm exit pupil and −5 to +5 dioptre adjustment.
- Two batteries: a built-in 5000 mAh pack and a replaceable 18650, for up to 9 hours of operation. The 18650 can be swapped in the field without losing the observation.
- Recording: photo and video with sound to internal memory of 64 GB, with recoil-activated video (RAV) to capture the moment of the shot.
- Built for the field: IP67, operation from −20 °C to +50 °C, tested to 5000 cycles of 1000 G shock, silent buttons and an integrated level platform for accessories. Wi-Fi link to the Nocpix app and 7 palettes (White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Rainbow, Violet, Crimson and Viridian).
Why choose this model?
The BOLT H50R moves up to a 640×512 sensor with 18 mK NETD, 60 Hz and a 50 mm objective lens, which takes detection to 2600 m and gives smoother imaging when tracking moving animals. The Reality+ (R+) algorithm, based on neural networks, reduces noise without smoothing away fur detail. It keeps the 1200 m rangefinder, the ballistic calculator and the compact body of the series, at 960 g.
It suits hunters who shoot at longer distances or want more certainty when identifying. The trade-off is battery life, up to 9 hours instead of 12.

How to choose
The three BOLT models share the body, the 1200 m rangefinder, the ballistic calculator, the 1024×768 AMOLED display and the IP67 build; the sensor and lens are what differ. The P25R (256×192, 25 mm, 1300 m detection, 870 g) is the most affordable. The L35R (384×288, 35 mm, 1800 m detection, 880 g) gives more detail with the same 12-hour battery life. The H50R (640×512 at 60 Hz, 50 mm, 2600 m detection, 960 g) is the choice for longer distances and finer imaging, with up to 9 hours of battery life.
Frequently asked questions
What batteries does the Nocpix BOLT H50R use?
It has a built-in 5000 mAh battery and takes a replaceable 18650. The built-in battery charges through the USB-C port; the 18650 is charged in its own charger, which comes in the box with two batteries.
What mounting rings do I need?
The scope has a 30 mm tube and mounts with 30 mm rings suited to the rail on your rifle. Rings are not included in the box.
How far can the BOLT H50R detect an animal?
The manufacturer states 2600 m for a 1.7 × 0.5 m target. Detection means seeing that there is a heat source; recognising and identifying the animal requires much shorter distances.
How is zeroing done?
In the reticle and zeroing menu you move the reticle to the point of impact, helped by the image freeze function. A heated target for zeroing at night comes in the box, and there are 5 zeroing profiles.
Does the scope record shots?
Yes. With recoil-activated video (RAV) the scope starts recording when it senses the shot; it also takes photos and records video with sound on demand.
