HIKMICRO THUNDER TQ50C 3.0 THERMAL CLIP-ON
The Hikmicro Thunder TQ50C 3.0 is the 50 mm thermal clip-on of the Thunder 3.0 series, for hunters in open ground who need to see further. It goes in front of the objective of the day scope you already use, and you then see the thermal image through it, for night hunting, without removing the scope from the rifle or changing its magnification. The 640×512 sensor with NETD below 15 mK and the 50 mm F1.0 lens give detection up to 2600 m, with a 15.4 m field at 100 m. With an eyepiece, sold separately, it also works as a thermal monocular.
Features
- 640×512, 12 µm sensor: uncooled array at 50 Hz, with NETD below 15 mK for fine detail even with little thermal contrast.
- 50 mm F1.0 lens: detection up to 2600 m and an 8.8° × 7.0° field of view (15.4 m at 100 m).
- For scopes up to 15×: 1× magnification in clip-on mode; the manufacturer recommends day scopes from 1× to 15×.
- 0.49-inch OLED display: 1920×1080, six palettes (Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot, Fusion, red and green monochrome).
- Shutterless image (HSIS): no image freezes during calibration, with the Image Pro 3.0 algorithm.
- Precise adjustment: image calibration with a 1.3 cm at 100 m click value, 5 profiles and adjustment on the device or in the app.
- Recording: 64 GB internal memory, audio, recoil-activated recording and virtual reticle in videos.
- Replaceable battery: at least 6 hours (25 °C, hotspot off), direct charging and external power via USB-C.
- Magnesium alloy body: IP67, from -30 °C to +55 °C, withstands recoil up to 1000 g/0.4 ms.

Frequently asked questions
Does it have a laser rangefinder? No. The rangefinder version is the TQ50CL 3.0, with the same sensor and lens and a laser rangefinder up to 1000 m.
TQ50C or TQ35C? The TQ50C reaches further (detection up to 2600 m) and shows the animal larger in monocular mode. The TQ35C has a wider field of view, 21.9 m at 100 m, more comfortable for short-range stand hunting.
Which day scopes does it work with? The manufacturer recommends scopes from 1× to 15×. The magnification you see is that of your scope, because the clip-on works at 1×.
Can I use it as a monocular? Yes, with an eyepiece sold separately; in monocular mode magnification ranges from 2.8× to 22.4×.
